A: No charge, the ride is absolutely FREE.

A: Yes, we work closely with several banks and offer "free prequalification".

A: Fill out the registration form and bring a photo ID. Pre-qualification is not mandatory. If you are not pre-qualified, do not worry, we offer free loan qualifying.

A: No, typically the seller (bank) pays our real estate commission.
Q: If I see a home on the tour that I like, what is the next step?
A: Instruct our agent of your interest and we will assist you further at the office.

A: The bus tour does not stop for a break unless emergency deems necessary.

A: The tour typically takes 2-3 hours and includes showing approximately 6 to 8 homes.

A: Tours are broken into three areas - Cape Coral - Fort Myers - Lehigh.

Q: Can I take more than one tour?
A: Yes, but seating is limited so please limit to one tour per week.
Q: Do the properties on the tour change weekly?
A: Yes, we hand select 6 to 8 properties for the tour per week. These are new foreclosures and have been selected based on their location, condition and prices. They may not be our listings but we strive to find the best deal regardless of whom may have it listed.
Q: Are all the properties on the tour listed through our office?
A: No, we strive to locate foreclosures based on price and location. We gladly show other real estate companies properties.
Q: Do you show short sales on your tour?
A: No, only foreclosures. We deal directly with the banks that are unemotional and motivated to sell.
